coUniverse Account Deletion Instructions

Important Notice

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game progress, achievements, companions, and saved data will be permanently removed from our servers.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your coUniverse account, please follow these simple steps:

Open the coUniverse App

Launch the coUniverse app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Navigate to Your Profile

Tap on your profile icon or avatar, typically located in the top-right corner of the main screen, to access your profile page.

Open Settings

From your profile page, find and tap on the "Settings" button or gear icon to access your account settings.

Scroll to the Bottom

In the Settings menu, scroll down to the very bottom of the page where you will find account management options.

Select "Delete Account"

Tap on the "Delete Account" option. You will be asked to confirm this action. Please read the warning carefully before proceeding.

Confirm Deletion

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your account deletion. You may be required to enter your password or complete an additional verification step.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers
  • All game progress, achievements, companions, and in-game items will be lost
  • You will no longer have access to any premium features or purchases
  • Your username will become available for others to use
  • This action cannot be reversed - you cannot recover your account after deletion
