Use of coUniverse constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

You affirm that you are at least 16 years old or meet the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to create a legal contract. If you are using this game on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

3. License Grant

FGS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use coUniverse solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on supported devices, subject to these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Registration

Where applicable, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to secure your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

• Violate local or international laws.
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Distribute offensive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or operation of coUniverse.

FGS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or content that violates these terms or is harmful to the community.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to coUniverse, including but not limited to software, graphics, sound, and content, are owned by FGS or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license above.

7. In-App Purchases and Payments

coUniverse may include in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by the app store platform you use. Purchase prices, taxes, and refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores. FGS is not responsible for any transaction disputes handled by the app store.

8. Updates, Modifications, and Termination

FGS may update or modify coUniverse and these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or website. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time without liability.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Use of the game is subject to the coUniverse Privacy Policy, which details data collection, use, disclosure, and user rights. Please review it carefully and contact us with any questions.

10. Disclaimers and No Warranty

coUniverse is provided "as is" and "as available." FGS disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

FGS and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of coUniverse, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FGS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California, United States.

14. Children's Access and Parental Controls

The game is not directed to children under 13 (or local age of majority). Parental controls and restrictions should be used to prevent access if necessary.

15. Consent to Electronic Communications

By using the app, you consent to receive electronic communications such as updates, notices, and promotional messages from FGS. You may opt out of promotional messages per instructions in those communications.
